Leave your footprint in the Sales Performance Management (SPM) space that is growing by leaps and bounds by being the pioneer that establishes our Customer Account Management team! We are looking for a fresh and innovative account manager who is self-motivated, highly driven and experienced in Account Management and Customer Success!
- Actively manage the success of a portfolio of assigned Obero SPM customers.
- Will be responsible for retention, development, and up-selling to our existing accounts.
- Working closely with our Customer Success Managers, develop a fool-proof success plan to ensure organizational adoptions and expansion of our product
- Close renewal business on a monthly basis, meeting or exceeding your quota.
- Conduct regular QBRs and business reviews to ensure adoption and achievement of Quarterly goals.
- Establish and grow relationships with executive sponsors and decision makers and be the “quarterback” within Obero SPM to ensure our leadership team is properly networked within your customers.
- Become a knowledgeable, energetic advocate of the Obero SPM platform and be able to effective demonstrate key functionality to clients on-demand.
Required Skills / Experience:
- You have 3+ years of account management experience from a high tech company-ideally with SPM, CRM or related applications (i.e. ERP systems) in a SaaS environment
- You have experience developing strategies on assigned accounts to fully leverage technology solutions.
- You have led projects from conception to closure, and have experience leveraging internal resources to get things done.
- You know how to build trusted relationships with executive sponsors and end users.
