Bogdan’s responsibilities include leading the Obero SPM product development and architecture and defining the overall strategic direction for the company. Bogdan brings 20 years of leadership experience in the areas of Performance Management, Business Intelligence and Enterprise Resource Planning, across various platforms. Prior to founding Obero, Bogdan spent several years working as the VP of Global Operations at Clarity Systems, an IBM Company, where he was responsible for overseeing the Professional Services, Solutions Architecture, Product Operations, and Project Management teams. Bogdan holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the Polytechnic University of Bucharest.
Leon KharkhourinChief Executive Officer
Leon’s responsibilities include developing and executing growth strategies for the company and overseeing the sales, marketing and partner channel division. Leon brings 15 years of experience building and managing software and services teams in the areas of Performance Management, Business Intelligence, and Sales Force Automation. Prior to Obero, Leon served as the Business Unit Executive of IBM’s North American Software Group, managing the Performance Management Professional Services organization. Leon’s ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams has led to consistently high customer satisfaction ratings and has resulted in his teams being regarded as industry leaders. Leon holds an MBA degree in Information Technology and Operations, from York University’s Schulich School of Business.
Frank PizzolatoChairman of the Board
Frank is responsible for advising the executive team on the overall operations and strategy to ensure continued growth of Obero. Frank founded and served as Chief Executive Officer of Clarity Systems Clarity Systems evolved from a consultancy firm to a software firm, providing the office of finance with Performance Management solutions. Clarity’s acquisition by IBM was one of Canada’s noteworthy technology transactions in 2010. As CEO, Frank led Clarity through years of continuous profitable growth and reinvention taking advantage of market opportunities. He led the opening of global markets, the continuous improvement of Clarity’s human capital, the acquisition of strategic software and the establishment of their global partner channel community. Frank is a Ryerson University Alumni.
Harjot GhaiChief Operating Officer
Harjot’s responsibilities include overseeing the Customer Success and Professional Services organization as well as supporting internal finance, operations and human resources to drive a high performing culture. Harjot’s unique combination of functional and technical know-how as well as his commitment to customer success is the foundation for Obero’s approach to ensuring all of its clients have a positive experience working with Obero. Prior to Obero, Harjot served as the Client Director of IBM’s Performance Management Professional Services organization where he was responsible for managing key enterprise accounts in North America. Harjot holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Toronto.
Christopher LiChief Product Officer
Christopher’s responsibilities include developing the product strategy and creating roadmaps to execute with the team of product managers, solutions engineers and sales engineers. Prior to Obero, Christopher served as the Client Director of IBM’s Performance Management Professional Services organization where he was responsible for managing commercial and public sector accounts in North America. Christopher’s ability to translate complex functional processes and requirements into flexible, robust and scalable technical solutions has allowed Obero to develop a number of prepackaged solutions to help streamline implementations. Christopher holds a Bachelor of Engineering Science in Computer Engineering degree and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics degree from The University of Western Ontario.
Philip KaszubaVice President, Sales & Marketing
Philip is responsible for developing sales strategies and providing leadership to the inside and field sales teams to deliver growth results. Philip has a proven track record of successfully building sales, marketing and customer facing teams in the high tech market across software, services and product based revenue streams. Philip led teams from initial concept to successfully establishing critical reference customers and predictable, scalable revenue models. Prior to Obero SPM, Phil was the President of DMTI Spatial which was successfully sold to Neopost in Oct 2013. During Phil’s time at DMTI, the team managed the transition from a legacy data-services company to a full-fledged cloud organization servicing the banking, insurance and telco markets. Phil’s career also included successfully leading various teams at Sun Microsystems, Crystal Reports and other B2B software companies.
Andil HoulderVice President, Channel Partners
Andil’s responsibilities include defining, managing, and executing the global channel strategy for Obero SPM. Andil has a wealth of experience developing the partner eco-system and finding the best strategic fits. Prior to Obero, Andil was the Canadian Director of Invenio at Microsoft, responsible for managing the overall operations of the business. Andil’s focus on business development and continuous improvement are paramount to the strength of the Obero SPM brand.
David BensonChief Financial Officer
David’s responsibilities include leading the financial and administration aspects of Obero’s worldwide operations. This includes overseeing the development and implementation of various financial systems to accommodate Obero’s rapid growth, creating tax strategies to optimize shareholder value, managing the finance and accounting teams, establishing sound financial policies, and enhancing financial and management reporting effectiveness. David has extensive experience holding senior financial positions in public and private high-growth technology companies. David is a Chartered Professional Accountant.
Paul HillStrategy Advisor
Paul is advising in the development of Obero’s strategy and identifying market opportunities to support the rapid growth and adoption of Obero SPM. Paul brings over 25 years of performance management experience and will help drive growth globally for Obero SPM, the company’s Sales Performance Management solution. Paul held multiple leadership positions in Performance Management industry. As VP, Business Analytics at IBM he was responsible for the acquisition and integration of Varicent (Cognos SPM). During his time at IBM he developed and implemented Varicent’s Product and Sales strategy. Prior to that Paul was COO of Clarity Systems, the leader in Financial Performance Management, where he built a state of the art Sales Organization, and drove rapid growth for Clarity. Paul holds a bachelor degree in Computer Science from McGill University and post graduate studies from University of Pennsylvania – The Wharton School and University of Toronto.
