Thank you to all who joined us for our Executive Roundtables series this November. Our events in Austin, Palo Alto, Chicago, and Atlanta were a great success and we were very happy to have such a great group of people, from NetSuite, Zuora, Groupon, Cox Automotive, SalesLoft and many more!
Special thanks go out to our friend David Kohari, Vice President of Strategic Services and Customer Success at Canidium, who did an excellent job at leading the sessions and facilitating the discussions. David’s thought-provoking keynote speech revolved around the challenges that many companies face when developing robust compensation plans while switching from transactional to recurring revenue business models.
In the following discussion, the roundtable participants were able to share their own thoughts and solutions which they applied at their companies to address those challenges.
Many attendees said that they left with fresh, practical ideas on how to improve their sales compensation models and stressed that the open discussions were “effective and interesting to hear”.
