The Subscription Economy and Changes to the Revenue Recognition Standards 

Together with Zuora, we provide an end-to-end and automated solution to account for the new revenue standards – ASC 606 and IFRS 15. 

To automate the incentive compensation process under ASC 606, we factor in four key elements: 

  • Our revenue management solution is integrated with Zuora to consolidate all current and future revenue streams. 
  • Our compensation plan designer is flexible enough to accommodate all of the customer-facing teams. This includes compensating on financial and non-financial metrics. 
  • As events occur in Zuora, they trigger downstream compensation calculations, including adjustments; all in an automated fashion. 
  • Solution funnels all this upstream information through a set of compensation accounting rules to apply the appropriate treatment both during the transition and after the new revenue standards take effect.
